Jasc/Corel Picture Frame "Edge Design 01" or one of your choice.

Supplies Needed:
The "Pink Roses" Scrap created by me (LadyAnne)

Font I used was Miss Lankfort a PTU font.

Let's Begin!

Open the supplies in PSP.
Save the mask to your PSP Masks folder.

Open a New Canvas 650 X 650 White Background 72 dpi.
 

Copy the file "ID-LA_PnkRs_Ppr002" and Paste as a New Layer.

Apply the Picture Frame "Edge Design 01"

Layers > Merge > Merge Visible

Copy the file "ID-LA_PnkRs_Frm003" and Paste as a New Layer.
Resize by 85% one time.

Chose your Magic Wand Tool and click in the center of the frame.
Selections > Modify > Expand by 2
Selections > Load/Save Selection > Save to Alpha Channel

Deselect.

Add A Drop Shadow to the Scrap Frame Layer.
I used 0, 0, 40, 12.30 Black

Copy the file "ID-LA_PnkRs_Ppr005" and Paste as a New Layer.

Selections > Load/Save Selection > Load from Alpha Channel
the selection you saved before.
Selections > Invert
Hit Delete on your keyboard.

Move this layer below your frame layer.

Make your frame layer the active layer.

Copy the file "ID-LA_PnkRs_HrtRbn001" and Paste as a New Layer.

Image > Rotate > Free Rotate 25 degrees Right.
Add a the same drop shadow as above.
Resize if necessary.
Move this layer to the upper right corner of the frame layer.

Copy your tube and move to the far right side of the frame.
Add the same drop shadow that you used for the frame.
Duplicate this layer.
Move one tube layer down below the frame layer.

Chose your Eraser Tool.

Selections > Load/Save Selection > Load from Alpha Channel
the selection you saved before.
Selections > Invert

Use your Eraser Tool to erase the parts you don't want to be on top of your frame.

Copy the file "ID-LA_PnkRs_NtStk001" and Paste as a New Layer.

Resize by 85% TWICE.
 Image > Rotate > Free Rotate 20 degrees Right.
Add a the same drop shadow as above.
Move this layer to the lower left corner of the frame.
Move this layer below your tube layer if you wish.

Copy the file "ID-LA_PnkRs_Btrfly2-005" and Paste as a New Layer.
Resize by 85% twice.
Add the same Drop Shadow as before.
Image > Mirror
Move to the upper left of the frame.

Copy the file "ID-LA_PnkRs_RbnLg-004" and Paste as a New Layer.
Move to the bottom edge of the Frame Layer.
Add a Drop Shadow.
Resize if necessary.

Copy the file "ID-LA_PnkRs_Rose4-002" and Paste as a New Layer.
I Resized mine by 85% Four times.
Adjust > Sharpness > Sharpen
Add a Drop Shadow.
Image > Mirror
Move to the lower Right corner of the frame.

Add Copyright information.

Add your name.
Add a Drop Shadow.

Layers > Merge > Merge All (Flatten)
Resize.
Adjust > Sharpness > Sharpen

Save and you're finished!
